1. Introduction

Welcome to Foresona! These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Foresona mobile app, website, APIs, and related services (collectively, the “Service”) provided by Foresona Technologies Ltd. (“Foresona,” “we,” or “us”).

By using Foresona, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use Foresona. The Service is not available to users under 13 under any circumstances.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to access most features. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current information.

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
  You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
   

4. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

Some Foresona features require a paid subscription.

• All billing is managed via Apple’s in-app purchase system.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID Account Settings.

• We do not offer refunds for unused periods, except as required by law or Apple policy.

Free trials, where available, convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled.
 

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any law or regulation.

• Access or attempt to access other users’ data without authorization.

• Use the Service for illegal financial activity or fraud.

• Copy, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service’s infrastructure.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or abuse the platform.
 

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and technology used in the Service are owned by Foresona or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or use any part of Foresona’s intellectual property without permission, except as permitted under fair use or these Terms.
 

7. Disclaimers

Foresona provides personalized financial insights, not licensed financial, investment, tax, legal, or medical advice.

We do not guarantee any specific outcomes. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on insights provided by Foresona.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.
 

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Foresona is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
   

9. Termination

You may stop using Foresona at any time. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to your account if you breach these Terms, misuse the platform, or as required by law.

Account deletion and data requests can be initiated in the app under Settings → Account → Delete Account.
 

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you in-app at least 14 days before any material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that means you accept the new terms.
 

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Any dispute will be first attempted to be resolved informally within 30 days. If unresolved, it may be settled by arbitration or through the appropriate court jurisdiction in Lagos, Nigeria.

If you are an EU or US user, local consumer protection rights remain unaffected.
